Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• To start a return, contact us at support@lashlifteyelashes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened lash products or used beauty items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
